I help parents understand why things feel hard, what’s happening beneath behaviour, and how to respond with more ease—without guilt, judgement, or pressure to be perfect.

My coaching is practical, compassionate, and rooted in emotional awareness—so you walk away feeling clearer, steadier, and more confident as a parent.

I went through a difficult first marriage and never wanted to remarry. With time and family pressure, I started meeting people but kept rejecting them — not realizing I had created my own blockages and lost sight of my worth.
